Adam Lewis
FOUNDER / CEO
Adam is a digital marketer focused on helping brands grow their direct-to-consumer business online. Prior to Founding Foghorn Labs, Adam worked at Google from 2003-2010 on a variety of teams from Media Sales to International Product Marketing, giving Adam a unique perspective on how to help companies leverage the web to grow their business. A few of the clients Adam worked with at Google include the New York Times, CNN, Zappos, Williams Sonoma, Adobe, Salesforce.com, and Apple. At Foghorn Labs Adam combines his passion for outdoor sports with his marketing experience to help brands succeed online.

Michael Lawrence
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Michael is a digital marketing professional with over 10 years of experience. Specializing in paid media, Michael has a proven track record of success in helping E-commerce clients achieve their business goals through effective and efficient digital marketing campaigns. With a deep understanding of the paid media landscape, Michael is able to assist clients in all aspects of their accounts, from strategy to execution. Michael enjoys staying on top of the latest industry trends and developments and is always looking for new and innovative ways to help clients achieve their goals.

Michelle Chambers
SENIOR ACCOUNT DIRECTOR
Michelle is a digital marketer with over five years of agency experience emphasizing in search engine optimization. Before joining Foghorn, she was an account manager assisting in the development and execution of tailored organic and paid online strategies for a range of B2B and B2C brands. In her free time, Michelle enjoys exploring Oregon’s amazing outdoors and discovering new Portland restaurants.

Katie Sherman
ACCOUNT DIRECTOR
Katie has worked in digital marketing for over 8 years with a focus on paid media and multi channel marketing strategies. Her experience with B2B and B2C clients gives her a unique perspective as an account manager to think outside the box and hone in on effective strategies tailored to each client. After leaving her home state of Texas to have better access to the outdoors, she’s excited to focus on an industry that she’s truly passionate about. Outside of work you can find her scoping out the best swimming holes, snowboarding at Mt. Hood, snapping film photos, and enjoying the Portland food and beverage scene with friends!

Zak Anderson
ENGAGEMENT MARKETING MANAGER
Zak is digital marketer with a focus on email marketing, graphic design and SEO. Having moved around a lot after earning his degree in Advertising, he has been fortunate enough to have worked within marketing across many industries throughout the US, from Santa Monica to New York City. For every second spent not working, you can find Zak raising his two four-legged kids, at a pick-up volleyball, soccer or flag football game, or outdoors swimming, biking or running in the beautiful PNW wilderness.

Noah Wilskey
DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER
Noah is a digital marketer with over five years of agency experience and a passion for storytelling. While he is a native Pacific Northwesterner, Noah has also spent time working for advertising and production agencies in New York City. Prior to joining Foghorn, Noah was an Account Manager facilitating the development and execution of tailored paid social media strategies for a range of B2B and B2C brands. As the digital marketing world continues to evolve, Noah is constantly looking to learn and grow his skillset. Noah is fueled by good house music, indie rock & strong coffee. As an avid outdoorsman and impassioned photographer, in his free time, Noah enjoys hiking, trail running, skiing, fishing, and shooting landscape and astrophotography.

Jessica Johnson
PAID MEDIA MANAGER
Jessica is a digital marketer with a deep passion for the outdoor industry and a focus on copywriting, client relations, and communication strategies. She draws upon her academic background in advertising, comparative literature, and the Japanese language, to help clients find creative solutions amidst the ever-changing digital landscape. Before joining Foghorn Labs, Jessica spent several months trekking 600 miles on the PCT. When Jessica isn’t working, you can find her in the woods backpacking, writing, and photographing her German Shepherd, Quita.

Cassidy Olsen-Shults
PAID MEDIA SPECIALIST
Cassidy is a digital marketer who comes to Foghorn with years of experience working in digital marketing on the brand side, with a focus on paid media. With this, she brings a fresh perspective to clients from both a brand and agency standpoint. Cassidy is a lifelong learner and greets each challenge as an opportunity to grow her skillset. Outside of work you’ll find her surfing in the chilly pacific ocean waters, snowboarding at her local mountain, trail running, or playing in the yard with her four-legged friends.

Kai Jeffery
PAID MEDIA SPECIALIST
Sarah’s role includes assisting in all stages of clients’ paid media campaigns. Her passion for the outdoors and marketing help her drive authentic connections between users and brands to create lifetime customers. Sarah’s work background involves not only agency and digital marketing experience, but also several years in the outdoor industry with jobs such as guiding, forestry and trail work, teaching and more.

Phil Sarnoff
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Kai is a digital marketer with a deep understanding and personal connection to outdoor brands, with an emphasis in the cycling community. He utilizes his academic background in emerging media, digital arts, and business to further his skillset in the marketing industry. Before joining the Foghorn team, Kai spent his time working with cycling brands to enhance the customer journey and in general, stoke people out on bikes. He is excited to continue growing with like-minded individuals in the outdoor space. Outside of work, you can find him riding his bike, hiking with his dog, or scouting new overlanding trails.
Phil has experience in both digital marketing and business operations. Before joining Foghorn Labs, he worked as Digital Marketing Coordinator focused on outdoor brands. His operations experience includes serving as the executive director and board chair for multiple nonprofit organizations. Phil has also worked in multiple roles in the outdoor industry, including leading outdoor adventure trips, wilderness therapy, and running a university outdoor program. He has a Ph.D. in Parks, Recreation, and Tourism from the University of Utah. Outside work, Phil loves biking and skiing with his wife and daughter.
