Scope of Work with Julbo Eyewear
Develop a full funnel paid media strategy across Meta Ads and Google Ads, generating awareness of Julbo as a premium performance eyewear brand while also maximizing direct revenue and ROAS. Leverage a cross-channel approach to grow first-party data acquisition, convert new customers, and retain existing customers.
Review existing email flows, locating gaps and opportunities. Segment user lists based on customer personality, product categories, and audience growth goals. Design new automated flows that not only increase email revenue by improving conversion rate, but reengage with past customers with the goal of expanding customer lifetime value and converting purchasers into brand loyalists. Create 2-5 newsletters per month in tandem with client team. Create and establish best practices for lead-generation options.
Develop annual eCommerce growth models to inform monthly resource allocation across channels based on topline revenue growth goals. Customize Google Data Studio dashboards that update automatically so that Julbo stakeholders from the CEO to the marketing coordinator can view campaign performance and analyze trends in real-time across marketing channels managed by Foghorn Labs.
